Source-Connect Pro Installed!
We are happy to say that we’ve just had Source-Connect Pro installed here at the studio, and it’s working a treat. After running a number of successful tests with other studios in the UK and abroad we are thoroughly convinced that we're onto a winner. Now we can connect up with scores of other facilities around the globe.
A bit of background…
Source-Connect is a software plug-in which enables audio connections between digital audio systems anywhere in the world, allowing direct-to-the-timeline recording with real-time, broadcast-quality audio using only T1, Cable, or DSL internet connections. It doesn't require expensive ISDN lines, hardware, subscription fees, or minute-by-minute line charges; so your professional, home, or portable studio can affordably access any studio and any talent - anywhere in the world. After completion of Unbeatble Banzuke, a week into October, we took on dubbing mixing and sound design for a short independent film: Hammerhead. Sam the director is gearing up for busy year in 2009 at some of major film festivals. We wish him the best of luck.
Unbeatable Banzuke!
Client: Bigger Pictures
In September this year we had the privilege of having Brian Blessed in the studio to record narration and commentary for the hilarious Japanese game show: Unbeatable Banzuke. The 35x30min series features extreme challenges such as contestants walking on their hands through a gruelling obstacle course that has rivers, mountains and giant swinging balls. What a great project to have worked on and Brian certainly kept us entertained over the three week period.

Brendon, our dubbing mixer / engineer continues to enjoy the challenge of working at their studios in Twickenham.
5.1 Surround Music Mix and encode to DVD-A
Client: StudioAV
In April an audio-visual company, StudioAV, hired our services to mix a number of rock songs in 5.1. The band that they commissioned recorded the tracks in London. We were virtually given free reign to push the envelope in this exciting format. StudioAV now use this material to showcase hi-end music systems at their premises in Eton.
Littlebridge CD-ROM
